Delete Your Account & Data

If you wish to delete your Shoss account and all associated data, you can do so directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the Shoss App
    Launch the Shoss application on your mobile device.
  2. Go to Settings
    Tap the settings icon (gear icon) in the top corner of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the Bottom
    Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings screen.
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
    You'll see a red "Delete Account" button at the bottom. Tap on it.
  5. Select a Reason
    Choose the reason for deleting your account from the options provided.
  6. Confirm Deletion
    Tap the "Delete Account" button to confirm. Your account will be permanently deleted.

⚠️ Warning: This action is permanent

Once you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

  • All your posts, stories, and messages
  • All your connections (followers and following)
  • All your comments and likes
  • Your profile information and settings
  • All conversations you participated in
