1. Status of Terms of Service

1.1. Use of the SHOSS application (hereinafter: "the Application" or "the Site") is subject to acceptance of these Terms of Service, and constitutes full and informed consent to all its terms.

1.2. If you do not agree to the Terms of Service, you must immediately cease using the Application.

1.3. The owner and operator of the Application is Abraham Meushar - Licensed Business (hereinafter: "the Company", "we" or "the Operator").

2. User Community

2.1. The Application is open for use by the general public, without age restrictions.

2.2. Impersonation of others or providing false information during registration or use is strictly prohibited.

2.3. Full responsibility for content and activity of each user rests solely with the user.

3. Content Sharing & Zero Tolerance Policy

3.1. Various content can be shared in the Application - text, images, video, audio files, conversations and chats (hereinafter: "Content").

3.2. The user undertakes to upload only content permitted by law, which does not infringe copyrights or third-party rights.

3.3. ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content. Sharing offensive, inciting, violent, vulgar, pornographic, defamatory content or any content that may harm a person or group is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and potential account suspension.

3.4. PROHIBITED CONTENT: The following types of content are explicitly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
  • Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
  • Violence, graphic content, or content that promotes self-harm
  • Sexual or adult content, including pornography or sexual exploitation
  • Spam, false information, or misleading content
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Any illegal activity or content that violates applicable laws

3.5. Users who post objectionable content will be immediately removed from the platform. There is no tolerance for abusive behavior.

3.6. Content uploaded to the Application is not private, and uploading it constitutes irrevocable permission for SHOSS to use it, including copying, displaying, distributing and publishing, without compensation.

3.7. The Application allows commercial advertising, however the Company may remove any advertising content at its sole discretion.

4. Content Moderation & Reporting

4.1. The Application operates automatic and manual filtering mechanisms designed to prevent uploading and distribution of inappropriate or prohibited content, including offensive, vulgar, violent, pornographic or inciting content.

4.2. REPORTING MECHANISM: Users can report objectionable content or abusive users through the in-app reporting feature. Reports should include:

  • A description of the violation
  • The reason for reporting (spam, harassment, violence, adult content, hate speech, etc.)
  • Any additional context that helps with moderation

4.3. USER BLOCKING: Users have the ability to block other users. Blocked users cannot:

  • View your profile, posts, or stories
  • Send you messages
  • Follow you or interact with your content
  • Find your profile in search

4.4. 24-HOUR MODERATION COMMITMENT: The Company commits to reviewing all reported content within 24 hours of receiving a report. Appropriate action will be taken, including content removal and account suspension or termination for users who violate these Terms of Service.

4.5. This filtering and moderation does not guarantee complete blocking of all prohibited content, and full responsibility for any content published in the Application rests solely with the user who published it.

4.6. The Company reserves the right to remove or block content and users at any time, at its sole discretion, without need to provide a reason and without obligation to give prior notice.

5. Company Liability

5.1. The Operator does not undertake that the Application will operate without malfunctions, interruptions or errors, and will not be liable for any damage resulting from its use.

5.2. Full responsibility for any content published in the Application rests solely with the user who published it.

5.3. The Company will not be liable for direct, indirect, financial, reputational or other damages resulting from use of the Application or reliance on content published therein.

5.4. The Company may remove or block content and users at its discretion, without need to provide a reason and without obligation to give prior notice.

6. Privacy and Information Collection

6.1. Personal data collected during use of the Application includes phone number, location data, usage data and browsing data.

6.2. The information will be used to operate the Application, improve the service, customize content, secure information, and for commercial and statistical purposes.

6.3. The user confirms that they are aware of the information collection and have given consent to it upon commencement of use.

6.4. The Company will not transfer personal information to third parties except as required by law, court order, or for operating the Application (such as cloud storage services).

7. Changes to Terms of Service

7.1. The Company may change and update the Terms of Service from time to time, and the binding version is the one published in the Application.

7.2. Continued use of the Application after changes to the terms constitutes renewed consent to them.

8. Legal Terms

8.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.

8.2. Exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute will be vested in the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
